About me
My name is Tyler, and I'm an award-winning tattoo artist and fine artist based in Salt Lake City, Utah. I believe every tattoo should be more than ink on skin, it should be a lasting piece of art that tells a meaningful story.
My artistic journey has taken me around the world. After living in Taiwan for 11 years, I developed a deep appreciation for diverse artistic traditions and techniques that continue to influence my work today. I specialize in custom black and grey realism, Asian-inspired designs, fine line tattoos, geometric work, UV tattoos, and nature-inspired pieces, always tailoring each design to the individual wearing it.
My dedication to craftsmanship has earned recognition within the tattoo industry, including 2nd Place in the Sleeve category at the 2025 Classic Tattoo Show in Layton, Utah, and 3rd Place in the Geometric category at the 2022 Middle of the Map Tattoo Convention in Iowa.
Outside the tattoo studio, I'm an expressive acrylic painter and charcoal artist. My experience as a fine artist continually pushes me to grow creatively, bringing a deeper understanding of composition, light, texture, and emotion into every tattoo I create.
